The technician who came out was wonderful, however, the manger, Ron, is extremely rude. I was never told that they charged $85 just to come out. When I called to ask the manager why this was the case, he was extremely rude. Told me it was my fault that it wasn't told to me because I did not "call him on the phone". He then proceeded to talk over me and tell me that I obviously shouldn't have expected them to come out for free, even though they didn't complete the service that I booked. They vacuumed it, that's it. For $85. He didn't try to make it right, simply was rude to me the entire time. I will never do business with them again until that manager is gone.
